Recipe: Ice cream Sandwich Delight Dessert
Here’s a great recipe for you to try this Fourth of July holiday, compliments of Ted, our Measuring Technician. He shared this one last week with the PGC team. It is quick, easy, and a cool summer treat for any get together.
18-24 ice cream sandwiches
Hot fudge ice cream topping
1 can spanish peanuts, or your other favorite nuts
2 tubs Cool Whip
Caramel ice cream topping
Layer ice cream sandwiches in a 13″ x 9″ pan. Next spread some hot fudge on top, and then add some peanuts. Spread Cool Whip on top. Repeat, to form a second layer. Drizzle caramel on top. Freeze for 1 hour and serve.
