Recipe: Walleye With Relish
Here’s another recipe compliments of Troy, our Lead Installer. When he’s not out installing granite countertops at PGC, he’s enjoys cooking as one of his hobbies. This one is fantastic and is easy to prepare and delicious! Thank you Troy!
Walleye With Relish
4 Qty. 6 oz.walleye fillets brushed with olive oil and seasoned to taste
Walleye Baste
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. Hot sauce
1 tsp. dijon mustard
Relish
1 avacado pieced and diced
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper to taste
Mix above ingredients together in a bowl. Grill fish 3 minutes per side, basting mixture frequently. To serve, spoon relish on serving plates. Top with fish and a few sprigs of cilantro. Serve with warm garlic, or cheese bread.
