Recipe: Warm Tomato Artichoke Dip
Here’s a good recipe I found in a Tastefully Simple cookbook. It would be great to try for those fall get togethers, or upcoming holiday parties.
Warm Tomato Artichoke Dip
Tastefully Simple Savory Cheese Dip mix, or similar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3-4 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
14 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
Combine all ingredients: heat on low in slow cooker until cheese melts. Keep wam in slow cooker up to 2-3 hours. Serve with chips, or bread. Makes about 3-1/2 cups dip.
