Recipe: Spinach Casserole
Here’s a good recipe for all of the spinach lovers out there. It is easy to prepare, is good for you, and tastes great.
Spinach Casserole
1 -10 oz. package frozen spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cup herb flavored stuffing
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cook spinach, drain and squeeze out the excess water. Add soup, cheese, onion, and garlic. Put mixture in a glass baking dish.
Mix the melted butter and herb stuffing together in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the spinach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool a bit and serve.
