Recipe: S’more Pie
This is a good recipe for all of the chocolate lovers out there, and it’s easy to make.
1 graham cracker crust (larger size)
12 oz. chocolate candy bar, broken in pieces
6 oz. hot fudge, warmed
30 regular marshmellows
3/4 cup milk
2-1/2 cups whip cream (reserve 1 cup for topping)
chocolate syrup (to drizzle on top)
In saucepan, place chocolate bar, marshmellows and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmellows and candy bar is melted. Cool. Fold 1-1/2 cups whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Spread one thin layer of warm hot fudge over the bottom of the pie crust. Gently spoon the cooked mixture into the crust. Top with reserved whip cream and garnish with chocolate syrup topping. Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set. Serve and enjoy!
