		<description>Angie, After searching the web for countless hours to explore case studies, general articles, and research notes for my thesis, I came across your blog dated June 24th.  It is very important to say, that, among Minnesotans we must remember that we strive to be the best of the best. If we remember that being the best is by collabrating all team members to build a successful team and vision we must do so.  Having said that, I have employees that do not welcome communication and would rather talk in private or my e-mail or message notes.  In my business, I added a suggestion box for employees to give feedback.  I suggest you try a suggestion box for Paramount Granite employees that do not do well in teams.  My current professor at Metropolitan State  mentioned that team efforts drives up non-productive hours, I completely disagree.
