Recipe: Grandma’s Cheesecake
For the upcoming 4th of July holiday Leisa wanted to share this refreshing family recipe with all of you!
Crust:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter melted
2/3 cup sugar
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan then mix crumbs and sugar. Press into a 9″ x 13″ cake pan. (Leisa’s grandma always uses a glass cake pan)
Filling:
2 – 8 oz packages of cream cheese softened
2 – 14 oz cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. (Not evaporated milk)
2/3 cup ReaLemon juice from concentrate
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
Pour into crust.
Chill 3 hours or until set.
Top 1/2 of cake pan filling with cherry, the other half with blueberry.
Refrigerate.
