Recipe: Pumpkin Crisp
Here’s good recipe to try for Thanksgiving, or the holidays. My sister brought it to my Women’s Fall Get together I had a few weeks ago, and it was the hit of the party. It is easy to make and is delicious!
Pumpkin Crisp
Ingredients:
15 oz. Can pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 (18.25 oz) Yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter melted
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour into a greased 13” x 9” pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture; sprinkle evenly with pecans. Drizzle butter evenly over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm, or room temperature with whip cream.
Enjoy!
