Here’s a tasty recipe I got from my sister in-law, which she served at a family gathering the other year. It is easy to make and very tasty.
Tomato and Feta Salad
6 to 8 ripe tomatoes, sliced
12 oz of Kraft crumbled feta cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Green stripe tomato, sliced
Place sliced tomatoes on a plate, add the crumbled feta cheese throughout, add the green stripe tomato for color, put about ¼ cup of olive oil on, then add the 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar. Do not stir/toss nor put salt or pepper on it.
Note: The older the balsamic vinegar the better.
