Think Spring, Think Home & Garden…
If you live in Minnesota, like myself, you might be tired of all the snow and cold we’ve been having this winter. I know there are some die-hard winter lovers out there, but I’d have to say that most Minnesotan’s are looking ahead to spring, so…”Why not start thinking about the Minneapolis Home & Garden Show?” It is only a month away, and gives people something to look forward to. If you are planning some remodeling projects this spring, make sure you stop by the show to get some ideas. You will discover the latest trends and products for your home and will be able to talk with the experts in the field.
The Minneapolis Home & Garden Show runs March 2-6 , 2011 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Make sure you look for Paramount Granite Company, at Booth 2946. We will be happy to let you know about our products including: granite, Dupont Zodiaq, Casesarstone, Silestone, Hanstone, and Rinato, or answer any questions you may have. We can also provide a bid for you on the spot for any of your countertop needs.

Happy New Year! 2011 Brings Promise of Hope…
It is good to be back after a nice, long holiday break between Christmas and New Years. Although I was a little under the weather during the holidays, my down time has given me renewed energy and hope for the new year.
Like many businesses in the remodeling and building industry, 2010 was definitely an improvement for PGC over 2009, and we are even more optimistic for 2011. In fact, “McGraw-Hill’s 2010 Construction Outlook, a mainstay in construction industry forecasting and business planning, predicts an overall increase in U.S. construction in 2010. An increase of eight percent is predicted compared with a decline of two percent for 2010,” that according to the article, “McGraw Hill Construction Says 2011 To Be Better All Around,” found in the December 2010 issue of The Cutting Edge newsletter, an MIA publication.
We all have plenty to be thankful for, including builder confidence and a steady bounce back of the industry. At PGC, we are committed to you, the customer, and are looking forward to a busy year installing those beautiful granite countertops.
Happy New Year to all!
